São Paulo, June 28, 2022 – Moody’s Local reaffirmed on June 24, the issuer rating of BBB+.br, and the outlook was revised to “positive”, from “stable”.
This event is relevant because it is a recognition of our strategic decisions in terms of growth, profitability, and asset quality. The improvement of our ratings amplifies our access to investors and reduces the Company’s risk perception, which translates into lower funding costs and, consequently, better conditions to expand our profitability and offers to our clients.
“The revision of the outlook to positive reflects the trend of resumed profitability and ability to replenish capital through earnings. The positive result recorded in 1Q22 indicates higher productivity of smart hubs. These are essential for the consolidation of Agi’s expansion strategy, combined with the strengthening of capital, supported by raises in December 2021 and retention of the 1Q22 profit,” Moody’s comments in the report.
